Mihai C. Teodorescu is the author name used by Mihai Dănuţ Teodorescu, born on 1 April 1938, dermatology physician licensed in medicine (UMF Bucharest 1961) and philosophy (Babeş-Bolyai University in Cluj Napoca 1978), Doctor of Philosophy University of Bucharest (1997). He has published over 100 articles and three books interdisciplinary philosophical synthesis "Vital and moral values in medical practice" (1997), "The Philosophy of Immortality" (2001) and "Natural theology and ethics of family planning" (2006). His areas of interest are: the philosophy of medicine and religion, philosophy and ethics of religion and medicine, cognitive sciences applied to medicine, sociology of medicine and medical axiology.
